Due to the customized and consultative nature of our work, our return and refund policies are structured to reflect the value and time invested in each project.

1. Service-Based Offerings

All architectural, interior, and Vastu consultation services are personalized and therefore non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Site visits

• Design consultations

• Vastu analysis reports

• Concept plans and drawings

• Detailed architectural layouts

2. Cancellations

• You may request to cancel a service within 24 hours of booking, provided that work has not yet started.

• For cancellations made after this period or once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

3. Physical or Digital Products (if applicable)

If we offer any physical or digital products (e.g., Vastu books, floor plan templates):

• Digital Products: These are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

• Physical Products: May be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

4. Refund Exceptions

In rare cases, if a service is delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to our fault, clients may be eligible for a partial refund or service credit, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
